The goal was to provide viewers with an immersive and thought-provoking look into this thriving cultural phenomenon.
the mission
As the development researcher, videographer, and editor for Zig Zag’s documentary series, “The Writing’s on the Wall,” my mission was clear: to bring the UK urban art scene to life on screen. Working as part of the development team, I scouted and scheduled talented urban artists within London, booking interviews and capturing their work in action. Additionally, I took on the task of editing the series in Premiere Pro and motion designed in After Effects, ensuring that every title animation, opener, and end card was polished to perfection.

the solution
I dove deep into the heart of London’s urban art landscape, seeking out the most compelling artists and pieces to feature in the series. Armed with my camera and creative vision, I filmed stunning visuals of the art scene in action, capturing the essence and energy of each piece. Back in the editing suite, I meticulously crafted each episode, weaving together captivating visuals with insightful interviews to create a truly immersive viewing experience.
